I'm really let down by these spot on wellington boots. They’re nothing like the ones I bought before; these are super heavy, almost like they’re meant for construction work. I won’t be able to wear them at all. This will be my last order online, what a shame.

It's definitely a bit of a risk to see if the Shoe Company sticks to UK sizing. I got a pair labeled as size 8, but they ended up being way too tight, and I lost £8 on postage and packaging. Plus, I haven't heard back from Blunts' customer service.

I haven't received any replies to my emails after raising an issue about them selling boots that are too small. If they had been upfront about the sizing, it would have saved me a ton of trouble and shipping fees.
